Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or a suitable resolution at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ademán is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
